Our curriculum and approach

At the Music Federation Early Years, we use the overarching principles of the Early Years Foundation stage framework 2021 on which to structure a curriculum which is play-based and child-led, and attends to the learning needs of each individual. In a learning environment founded on nurture and care, and enriched by the philosophy of Reggio Emilia, we ensure that each child is championed as an individual.  Their needs are seamlessly supported and attended to as we use their fascinations to engage them, and carefully thought through adult interactions to extend their thinking.
