Attendance
We strive for all children to be in school every day. Attendance is monitored each day by the safeguarding and attendance team. Children and classes are rewarded for the best attendance.
Encourage your child to attend school.
Punctuality
Please arrive at school on time. Pupils start at 8.25 and enter through the cloakroom doors. Late children miss out on vital morning registration and learning. Late children can feel unsettled as the class has already started so please get to school on time.
Absence
If your child is absent from school please call the school office and leave a voicemail. Please arrange medical and dental appointments outside of school hours.
Reading Focus
Reading is one of the most important skills a child can develop. At Music Federation we aim to instil a love of books to last a lifetime. Parent partnership is crucial to ensure we achieve this aim. Listening to your child read on a daily basis is one of the best ways to help them develop fluency and understanding. Our focus page will give you some great ways to get started.
